临终关怀护理对癌症临终期患者疼痛控制及心理状态的影响

Effect of hospice care on pain control and psychology of patients with cancer at terminal stage

目的：探讨对癌症临终期患者应用临终关怀护理改善疼痛控制和心理状态的效果。方法：选取2015年5月~2016年5月在我院住院的180例癌症临终期患者为研究对象,采取临终关怀护理。比较实施护理前后患者的疼痛控制情况及心理状态。结果：经过1个月的护理干预后患者的疼痛控制情况优于实施前（P〈0.05）,焦虑抑郁情况改善情况也优于实施前（P〈0.05）。结论：对癌症临终期患者实施临终关怀护理,可以明显改善患者的疼痛控制情况和心理状态,值得临床推广。

Objective：To explore the effect of hospice care on pain control and psychological status of patients with cancer at terminal stage. Methods：A total of 180 cancer patients who were hospitalized in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the study subjects and were treated with hospice care. The pain control and mental status of the patients before and after nursing were compared. Results：After one month of nursing intervention,the pain control was better than that before the implementation of intervention（P 〈 0. 05）. The anxiety and depression improvement was better than that before the intervention（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Hospice care applied on the patients with cancer at terminal stage can improve the patients’pain control and psycho-logical status,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
