个体化护理对小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的影响

Effect of individualized nursing on patients with lumbar disc herniation treated by needle-knife therapy

目的:观察个体化护理对小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床效果。方法:收集来我院就诊的临床诊断为腰椎间盘突出症且进行小针刀治疗的患者94例,随机等分为观察组与对照组,观察组接受个体化护理;对照组接受常规护理,然后对两组患者的临床疗效、护理服务满意度及患者术后3个月残余腰腿痛和复发情况进行比较。结果:观察组的临床总有效率和护理服务满意度均高于对照组,观察组患者的残余腰痛、残余腿痛和残余腰腿痛以及复发情况低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个体化护理对小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床效果显著,推荐在临床上应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of individualized nursing on patients with lumbar disc herniation treated by needle - knife therapy. Meth-ods：A total of 94 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated by needle - knife therapy in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group received individualized nursing care. The control group received routine nursing. The clinical efficacy,nursing service satisfaction as well as the lumbago and scelalgia and relapse of the patients in the two groups were compared. Results：The total clinical effective rate and nursing service satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. The lumbago,scelalgia,residual lumbago and scelalgia as well as the relapse in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclu-sion：The individualized nursing has a significant effect on the patients with lumbar disc herniation treated by needle - knife therapy. It is worthy of clinical applications.
