Research on the Training Development of Farmer Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Higher Vocational Colleges

在当前创新创业背景下,加强对农民群体的创新创业培训与指导,对于推进农村发展、农业创新、农民创业,以及农村劳动力转移、新型城镇化建设等都具有重要的现实意义。高职院校具备职业技术培训、校企合作等优势,应提高认识,把握机会,充分利用自身资源,有效加强农民创新创业培训开发。在市场需求调研的基础上,整合校内外培训资源,因地制宜地开发以创业意识、创业理念、创业知识和技能等为主的培训内容体系。建立健全运行机制,形成培训考核评价体系。通过有效的培训,加强和促进创新创业型农民的教育与培养。

In the current background of innovation and entrepreneurship, it is significant to strengthen the entrepreneurial training and guidance innovation of farmers. It also has great realistic meaning to promote rural development, agricultural innovation, rural labor transfer and the construction of the new urbanization. Vocational colleges have the advantages of professional and technical training; therefore it should grasp the opportunity and strengthen the development of farmers＇innovation and entre- preneurship training in an effective way. On the basis of market demand research, the training system should integrate training resources inside and outside college and should also develop the entrepreneurship awareness, philosophy, knowledge and skills. In addition, a sound operational mechanism and training evaluation system should be established. Finally, it can cultivate entrepreneurial farmers through this kind of effective training system.
