现代学徒制下高职院校社会工作人才培养的困境与对策

The Difficulties and Countermeasures of Social Work Talents Training in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Modern Apprenticeship System

现代学徒制是我国职业教育发展的新举措,社会工作作为一种实务型职业与现代学徒制有较强的契合性。高职院校社会工作人才培养实施现代学徒制面临配套政策不健全、社会工作机构参与动力不足、课程体系设置不完善、师资力量缺乏等困境,需要从明确政府责任、出台各项具体措施、加大政府和社会公益资金支持,调动社工机构积极性、校社共同进行课程设计与开发以及建设校社互聘的师资队伍等方面寻找解决思路。

The modern apprenticeship is a new measure of the development of Vocational Education in China. Social work as a praetieal Vocation has a strong fit with the modern apprenticeship. To implement modern apprenticeship, social work training talents in higher vocational colleges are facing more problems, such as supporting policies are not perfect, lack of power, social work agencies involved in the curriculum system is not perfect, laek of teachers and other difficulties. Looking for solutions needs to be clear about government responsibility, introduce various measures, strengthen the government and social welfare funds support solutions, mobilize the enthusiasm, have common school eurrieulum design and development and construction to hire teaching staff.
