摘要
在高职院校的管理创新中,文化管理是一个重要的组成部分,成为各个高职院校管理日益重视并亟待加强的薄弱环节。通过对高职院校的走访调查发现,目前高职院校文化管理主要存在文化实施主体不明确,人文素质课程不全面,健康文化活动不丰富的问题。为此,高职院校可以通过明确校长与教师的责任主体角色,加强人文素质课程教育,大力发展学生社团,开展文化活动提高高职院校的文化管理水平。
In higher vocational college management innovation, cultural management is an important part of higher vocational colleges and is becoming the focus and the weak links of management which needs to strengthen. Through the research, we find that main implementing subject of higher vocational colleges culture management is not clear, what＇s more, humanistic quality curriculum is not comprehensive and healthy cultural activities is not plentiful. Therefore, higher vocational colleges can clear the headmaster and teacher＇s role, strengthen humanistic quality education course, develop students＇associations and thus carry out cultural activities to improve the management.
