摘要
围绕社会主义核心价值观建立适合的人才评价机制,是各个高校在育人过程中不断探索的目标。目前,高校已经形成的育人模式大部分都以文化素养为主要考核指标,对党的教育方针和社会主义核心价值观细化、实化、具体化体现不够,学校阵地与社会基地交流融合不多。这些问题在一定程度上造成了学校对学生的教育评价"含金量"不够,学生信念意识不够强、动手能力不够强。探索高校实践育人共同体成为一种新的思路。
