中西医治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期临床观察

The curative effect of traditional Chinese and westernmedicine to treat acute aggravating period of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:观察中西医结合治疗急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺病的疗效。方法:选取急性期慢性阻塞性肺病患者50例,随机分为研究组和对照组各25例。对照组患者接受常规西医治疗,研究组患者在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药方剂治疗,治疗1个疗程后比较两组肺功能情况以及治疗效果。结果:治疗结束后两组肺功能相关指标均有所提高,但研究组患者改善程度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗总有效率为96%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为68%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗急性期慢性阻塞性肺病疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the curative effect of traditionalChineseandwesternmedicine to treat acute aggravating period of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）.Methods Selected 50 patients of the acute stage COPDrandomly divided into research group and control group,control group received routine western medicine treatment,research group received Chinese medical treatment on basis of treatment control group received.After a period of treatment compare two groups of patients with pulmonary function and therapeutic effect.Results Lung function index FEV1 ,FEV1 /FVC of two groups were increased after treatment,and the indexes of research changed more obvious than control group （P〈0.05 ）,the difference is statistically significant.The total effective rate of re-search group was 96%,of control group was 68% （P〈0.05 ）,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion The curative effect of traditionalChineseandwesternmedicine to treat acute aggravating period COPD is significant,worth clinical promotion.
