摘要
汽车行驶过程中燃油的晃动会对燃油箱产生持续的晃动冲击,在燃油箱油量不足的情况下,液面的自由晃动会影响供油的稳定性,特别是赛车比赛对速度和加速度的高追求,若供油不稳定,会影响赛车行驶,最终会影响比赛结果。基于VOF方法,运用Fluent软件对某款小型赛车两种结构不同的燃油箱,进行低油量下极限转向数值仿真,评价供油稳定性和燃油箱的设计,最终选择出结构更合理的燃油箱。

To lower oil amount limit to numerical simulation of stability evaluation of oil and fuel tank design, also provide guidance for future fuel tank design improvement.
