铰接式共振破碎机前车架有限元分析及轻量化设计

摘要 铰接式共振道路破碎机前车架主要用于承载共振系统,水箱,驾驶室等部件,其强度、固有频率及疲劳对于整车安全至关重要。本文在分析三种工况的载荷大小以及形式的基础上,通过ANSYS/WORKBENCH对其强度、模态以及疲劳进行仿真。本文以分析结果为基础对前车架进行轻量化设计,轻量化后的车架其质量下降12.6%左右。 The front frame of articulated carrying the resonance system, the water tank, resonance road crusher is mainly used for the cab etc; therefore, The strength, natural frequency and fatigue is very important for the safety of vehicle. In this paper, the strength, mode and fatigue are simulated by ANSYS/WORKBENCH based on the analysis of the load size and form of the three conditions. On the basis of this analysis, the light weight design of the front flame is carried out and the weight of the frame is reduced by 12.6%.
