摘要 介绍了美国、日本及欧洲等国家700℃超超临界火力发电机组及压力管道高温用材的开发现状,并对目前国际上700℃超超临界火力发电机组较有竞争力的几种镍基合金候选材料进行了对比分析。结合我国在相关领域的研究情况,分析了目前我国700℃超超临界火力发电机组研究中存在的问题。指出Inconel 740H镍基合金的持久强度和抗腐蚀性能最好,但其焊接接头的高温长时性能研究尚不成熟,电站高温合金材料的选择和研发尚未完全解决,该问题仍将是世界各国的研究重点。 In this article, it introduced 700℃ ultra-supercritical coal-fired power unit of USA, Japan and Europe and other countries, as well as the development status of high temperature pressure pipe material. It also conducted comparative analysis for several competitive nickel-based alloys materials of 700 ℃ ultra-supercritical coal-fired power unit. Combined with research situation in the relevant field, it analyzed the existing problems in 700 ℃ ultra-supercritical coal-fired power unit in China. It pointed that the enduring strength and corrosion resistance of Inconel 740H nickel-based alloy are the best, but the high temperature long time performance research of its welded joint is immature, the selection, research and development of power station high temperature alloy material has not yet been completely solved, the problem will continue to be a research focus in various countries in the world.
