低合金钢焊材焊接铁镍合金复合管的可行性研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了降低Incoloy825铁镍合金复合管的焊接成本,对以低合金钢为焊材的铁镍合金复合管进行的填充盖面焊做了可行性研究。试验采用ERNi Cr Mo-3镍基焊丝氩弧焊打底,E71T8-Ni1J自保护药芯焊丝半自动填充盖面,并对其焊接接头进行了拉伸、弯曲、冲击及耐腐蚀性等理化试验。试验结果分析显示,采用低合金钢焊材进行铁镍合金复合管的填充盖面焊,其冲击与耐蚀性指标偏低,无法满足相关标准要求。研究表明,此类复合管采用低合金钢焊材进行填充盖面焊是不可行的。 In order to reduce welding cost of Incoloy825 iron nickel alloy composite pipe,adopting low alloy steel welding materials to carry out feasibility research on iron nickel alloy composite pipe filling and covering welding. It used ERNiCrMo-3 nickel-based welding wire argon arc welding for backing,E71T8-Ni1J self-protection flux cored wire semi-automatic for filling and covering,and physical and chemical tests were carried on for welded joint, including tensile,bending,impact,corrosion resistance and so on. The results indicated that adopting low alloy steel welding material for iron nickel alloy composite pipe filling and covering welding,the impact toughness and corrosion resistance are on the low side,which cannot meet the requirements of relevant standards. Research results showed that using low alloy steel welding material for this kind of composite pipe to fill covering is not feasible.
