摘要
为了优化低钢级管线钢的成分设计,降低制造成本,采用低轧制温度、大压下量和轧后快速冷却的TMCP热机械轧制工艺,以及Mn+Nb/Ti微合金的成分设计对不同厚度L290M/X42M管线钢的化学成分进行了优化,并对试制的管线钢进行了力学性能和显微组织分析。试验结果表明,不同化学成分设计的管线钢都具有较高的强度和良好的塑性,性能指标不仅能满足GB/T14164标准要求,而且已达到了API SPEC 5L标准规定的L320M/X46M级别管线钢的强度与塑性。
In order to optimize composition design of low steel grade pipeline steel, reduce manufacturing cost,it optimized chemical composition of different thickness L290M/X42M pipeline steel, by adopting low rolling temperature,large rolling reduction,fast cooling after rolling TMCP thermal mechanical rolling technology and Mn+Nb/Ti microalloy chemical composition design,furthermore,it carried out mechanical properties and microstructure analysis on the manufactured pipeline steel. Test results indicated that the pipeline steel with different chemical composition design all possess high strength and good plasticity,the performance index can not only meet the requirements of GB/T 14164 standard,but also reach the strength and toughness of L320M/X46M level specified in API SPEC 5L.
