坪底水库大坝混凝土裂缝控制措施

摘要 文中介绍了坪底水库大坝混凝土粉煤灰、三级配粗骨料、减水剂等原材料的选择,详述了冷却水管和散热盲管的施工方法并分析了降温效果,论述了混凝土浇筑工序的合理安排。最后提出,采取大坝混凝土裂缝控制措施的同时,也应综合考虑工程质量、工程进度、工程投资,使坪底水库大坝达到投资不突破、进度不滞后、混凝土无裂缝、质量合格的效果。 In the paper,the selection of raw materials including fly ash,three-graded coarse aggregate,water-reduing agent etc for building the concrete dam of Pingdi Reservoir is introduced. The construction methods of cooling water pipes and exothermic blind pipes in dam body,the temperature-decenting effect and the reasonable arrangement of concrete-placing procedure are expounded too. Finally,the paper indicates that the works' quality,the construction schedule and the project investment must be comprehensively considered during adopting measures to control dam concrete crack,so as to make the Pingdi Reservoir's dam reach these results:not exceeding the project budget,not postponing the construction period,not having any crack in dam body and ensuring the works' quality.
