Construction Safety Management of the Water Diversion Tunnel

引水隧洞是地下暗挖工程,施工环境较差,大部分采用钻爆法开挖,危险程度较高。文中以辛安泉供水改扩建工程为例,简要从安全管理制度、爆破安全管理、隧洞门禁系统管理、不良地质洞段处理和事故处理几方面介绍该工程的引水隧洞的施工安全管理。

The water diversion tunnel is a kind of underground engineering. Its construction environment is relatively adverse. Most of tunnels are built by drilling and blasting method,so its construction danger degree is higher.Taking the Xin＇an Spring Water Supply Reconstruction and Expansion Project as an example,the paper gives a brief introduction on the construction safety management of this project＇s tunnel from some aspects including the engineering safety management system,the blasting safety management system,the tunnel entrance control system,treatment of adverse geological tunnel section and accident treatment.
