河道治理对生态环境影响的分析——以涑水河河道治理为例

涑水河河道治理工程包括新建防洪堤、整修或加固堤防、河道疏浚、防汛抢险道路、险工护岸工程。河道治理对生态环境的影响体现在施工期和运行期两个时段,施工期的生态环境影响主要为对动物、植被、流域景观、土壤、水土保持及伍姓湖湿地自然保护区的影响,运行期流域生态环境逐渐得到改善。针对不利影响提出了相应的生态环境保护措施。使河道治理工程对生态环境的不利影响降到最低,有利影响发挥到最大。

The regulation project of Sushui River mainly includes new building levees,renovating or reinforcing the embankments,dredging the riverway,flood control and emergency road and channel damaged and protection project so on. The influence of river regulation on the ecological environment occurs in the two stages of the constructive period and the operating period. The influence of the constructive period on the ecological environment mainly is mainly consisted of animals,vegetation,landscape,soil,water and soil conservation and the natural reserve of Wuxing Lake wetland. And the ecological environment of the watershed will have been gradually improved during the operating period. On the adverse effects,the appropriate ecological environment protection measures have been put forward. The adverse impact of river regulation project on the ecological environment will be minimized,and the favorable impact will be the most.
