葡萄酒与人体健康的研究进展

Research Progress in the Relations between Grape Wine and People's Health

葡萄酒中含有大量的多酚类物质,如白藜芦醇、皮酮和儿茶酚等,具有抑制冠心病、动脉硬化、消除自由基、抗癌和抗炎症等作用。适量饮用葡萄酒有益于身体健康。介绍了葡萄酒中的多酚类物质,以及其生理活性,从生物化学及医学角度对葡萄酒活性成分进行了综述。

Grape wine contains high levels of polyphenols such as resveratrol, quercetin and catechin, which are antioxidants and could inhibit coronary heart disease and atherosscleronsis, and have free radical scacenging capacity and anticancer, anti-inflammatiory properties. Adequate drinking of grape wine is beneficial to people＇ s health. In this paper, the polyphenols in grape wine including their physiological activities, bioactivity and medical functions were introduced.
