摘要
对窖泥有效磷的测定方法——荧光分光光度法作了详细阐述,并探讨了窖泥中的有效磷对其质量的重要性。该法可提高窖泥磷检测的范围和准确度。标准曲线R^2为0.9989,RSD值为3.81%,加标回收率在93.1%~108.4%之间。该方法适合对窖泥有效磷的检测。
In this paper, the method of detecting of effective phosphorous in pit mud by fluorescence spectrophotometry was introduced. The importance of effective phosphorous to the quality of pit mud was investigated. Such method could improve the detection range and the detection accuracy of phosphorous in pit mud. The correlation coefficient R2 was 0.9989, RSD was 3.81%, and the recovery rate was between 93.1% to 108.4 %.
