摘要
九阡酒是产自三都水族自治县的一种具有典型代表性的酒,在水族人民的生活中扮演着重要的作用。随着市场化步伐的加快,九阡酒也存在着如何在市场竞争中生存和发展这一问题。探寻九阡酒的文化坐标,是其市场化中最为重要的一步。从中国酒类谱系、水族酒文化传统、作为"地方性知识"的存在、现代生活及商品文化等维度,来探寻九阡酒的文化坐标,为九阡酒的发展和酒文化的研究提供一些新的思考。
Jiuqian wine, a typical representative rice wine product in Sandu Shui Autonomous County, plays an important role in the daily life of Shui people. With rapid social development, Jiuqian wine faces the issue of how to survive and develop in market competition. The exploration of the cultural coordinate of Jiuqian wine is the most important step in the marketization of Jiuqian wine. In this paper, the cultural coordinate of Jiuqian wine was explored from multiple perspective views of Chinese alcohol pedigree, cultural tradition of Shui people, local customs, modem life, and commodity culture, which provided new thoughts for the development of and research on Jiuqian wine.
