摘要
高校创新团队是由精神要件和实质性要件构成的开放系统,各要素的交往互动是系统内部的显著特征,合作与冲突是其内部互动的基本样态,信任是系统内聚力形成的基石。系统内部的这种互动机制不但形成团队发展的动力,推动创新团队产生发展‐裂变趋势,而且在这一过程中互动自身也展现出试探性互动、磨合性互动和规范性互动三种模式。
Innovation teams in colleges and universities are open systems consisted of spiritual and substantial elements, where interaction of each element forms the significant features within the system ; cooperation and conflicts are the basic states of the interaction, and trust is the cornerstone to form the cohesion of the system. By the interaction mechanism within the system, team motivation could be developed to promote the production of the trends from development to fission, and moreover, three modes of interaction could be seen during the process, namely exploratory interaction, adaptive interaction and normative interaction.
