氢氟酸介质中西红柿原汁对碳钢的缓蚀研究

摘要 利用失重法通过对多种天然绿色植物的缓蚀性能进行筛选,发现西红柿原汁在氢氟酸介质中对碳钢具有良好的缓蚀作用。结果表明:西红柿在氢氟酸介质中,对碳钢的缓蚀率达93%以上。氢氟酸浓度在8%以内时,碳钢腐蚀速率小于1g·m-2·h-1。该缓蚀剂具有能良好的抗时间性能。根据电化学方法确定,西红柿原汁是一种电化学混合型缓蚀剂。 The inhibition performance of a variety of natural green plants had been screened by method of loss of weight. A conclusion was drawn that the tomato juice had good effect on inhibition of carbon steel in hydrofluoric acid mediurm The result was showed that the corrosion inhibition rate of carbon steel is over 93% when the tomato juice is in hydrofluoric acid medium. When the concentration of hydrofluoric acid is 〈 8%, the carbon steel corrosion rate is less than lg · m-2· h-1. The corrosion inhibitor has a good time-anti performance. According to the electrochemical method, tomato juice is an electro- chemical mixed type corrosion inhibitor.
