卡巴胆碱(Carbamylcholine,Carbacho1)是一种人工合成的拟胆碱药,其作用与生理性乙酰胆碱(Acetylcholine,ACh)非常相似,主要通过N样胆碱能受体发挥作用。随着"胆碱能抗炎通路"的提出,越来越多的学者将其作为防治炎症反应的关键药物进行研究。本文将卡巴胆碱抗炎作用的研究进展予以综述,旨在为胆碱能抗炎的研究者提供思路和帮助。

Carbachol, as a synthetic Cholinergic agent and with the exactly similar functions to physiological aeetyleholine, plays its role by Nicotinic aeetyleholine receptors （nAChRs）. As the Cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway is put forward, more and more scholars are studying it as a key drug to fight inflammation. This paper is to review the progress of research on the anti-inflammatory effects of Carbachol, with the purpose of providing ideas and help for researchers stud- ying the eholinergic anti-inflammatory effect.
