摘要
声动力疗法是一种新型的疾病治疗手段,主要利用低强度超声激活声敏剂,促使其发挥声动力活性以治疗疾病。它具有无创性、毒副作用低、且能够克服多药耐药性等优点。然而,声敏剂较低的水溶性、无序的组织分布和药代动力学参数差等特点,极大地制约了声动力疗法的临床应用。引入纳米技术,不仅能够显著增溶难溶性声敏剂,还能够提高声敏剂的声动力活性,改善其组织分布,提高治疗安全性。文章结合具体实例,综述了纳米技术在疾病声动力疗法中的应用优势和进展,为后续研究提高参考。
Sonodynamic therapy(SDT) is a novel therapeutic platform that uses low intensity ultrasound to stimulate sonosensitizer.The activated sonosensitizer exhibits sonodynamic activity to treat diseases.SDT has many advantages,such as non-invasion,low adverse effects,and great ability to overcome multidrug resistance.However,most sonosensitizers are inherently hydrophobic,showing indiscriminate biodistribution and poor pharmacokinetic behavior.This significantly limits the clinical application of SDT.Introducing nanotechnology into SDT is expected to increase the water solubility of sonosensitizers,enhance their sonodynamic activity,improve biodistribution and achieve more safe treatment.Combining with selected examples,this review discusses the advantages and development of nanotechnology in sonodynamic therapy for diseases,thereby guiding the further studies.
