高海拔地区火电机组除尘器选型研究

摘要 除尘器是火力发电厂的重要设备之一,合理选择除尘器对电厂的环保达标有着重要的作用。华能西宁电厂海拔高度2360 m,对高海拔地区火电机组除尘器选型进行了探索性研究,针对高海拔地区的特性及其对除尘器的特殊要求进行了简要分析,通过对旋转电极式电除尘器和电袋复合除尘器进行了技术和经济比较,对火电厂的除尘器选型给出了建议。 Dust collector is an important equipment in the power plant, reasonable selection of dust collector is important for environmental protection in the power plant. Huaneng Xining Power Plant is located at high elevation of 2360m. Based on analysis on characteristics of a high elevation area and their requirements for dust collectors, it was compared feasibility of two types of dust collectors for thermal power generator in a high elevation area. It was also compared technological and economical feasibility among rotary electrode type electrostatic precipitator (ESP) and electrical bag and compound precipitator. Then the proposals of the selection of precipitators are given.
