摘要
针对超临界机组烟气脱硫吸收塔入口原烟道的腐蚀特点、成因分析,提出了对吸收塔入口原烟道频繁泄漏问题的解决办法和具体的处理措施。通过对各种防腐材料和防腐工艺的选择对比、得出选择合金内衬作为吸收塔入口原烟道防腐层是最佳选择。
In view of the corrosion characteristics and cause analysis of the flue gas desulfurization absorption tower in the supercritical unit, the solution method and the specific measures to solve the problem of frequent leakage in the entrance of the absorber tower are presented. By choosing the best choice of the lining of the absorption tower as the entrance to the absorption tower, the selection of the various anti - corrosion materials and anti- corrosion technology is compared.
