摘要
某电厂奥氏体不锈钢新管水压试验发生腐蚀泄漏。通过涡流检测、金相组织分析、腐蚀成分分析、腐蚀印证分析、腐蚀对比分析等一系列试验,并结合不锈钢材料的特点,分析认为凝汽器不锈钢新管包装不符合标准要求,使Cl离子与管子外壁接触,破坏了奥氏体不锈钢表面钝化膜的钝化平衡,致使发生了Cl介质腐蚀穿孔泄漏。
The new austenitic stainless steel of a power plant occurred corrosion leak in a leakage test. By eddy current testing, microstructure analysis, corrosion component analysis, the corrosion proof and comparative analysis, combining the characteristics of the new austenitic stainless steel, results show that the packaging of condenser does not meet the standard requirement and CI contact with the outer wall of the tube, which destroyed the passivation balance of the austenitic stainless steel surface and result in corrosive perforations leakage for CI medium.
