摘要 联合循环余热锅炉排污对锅炉启动和正常运行有着重要的影响。在项目详设阶段围绕余热锅炉排污方案的选择展开探讨,确定方案为:设置1台连排罐接收锅炉连续排污,产生蒸汽连入低压/辅助蒸汽系统;设置1台常压定排罐接收锅炉定期排污、各种疏水及连排罐排污;利用排污泵泵出污水经冷却后排出边界。 Blowdown plays an important role in the combined cycle heat recovery steam generators start - up and normal operation. Issue of blowdown program during project detail design stage was discussed. The final pro- gram was designed as: Setting one continuous blowdown tank to collect the continuous blowdown, and flashing steam connects to the Low Pressure/ Auxiliary steam header; Setting one atmosphere intermittent blowdown tank to collect the intermittent blowdown, various drains & drain from continues blowdown tank; Blowdown water is pumped out by blowdown pump, cooled down in blowdown cooler, then sent out of the boundary.
