摘要
结合集箱管座角焊缝的受力特征,分析锅炉异常工况和管子泄漏后振动对集箱系统受力状态的影响,认为本次集箱管座的失效的主要原因是机组负荷波动较大,建议调整集箱系统受力状态,控制负荷波动并加强相关部位的检测。
Combined with the fillet weld stress characteristics of the header, the influence of vibration of boiler tube leakage and abnormal conditions on the stress state of header system was analysised. The results show that the main cause of the socket failure is the unit load fluctuations. It proposed to adjust the stress state of header system, control load fluctuation and strengthen the detection of the relevant position.
