摘要
甜玉米作为新型食品,已经在世界许多国家得到发展,通过简要分析近年来国内外甜玉米食品加工技术、相关加工设备及新产品研发的发展概况,探讨了发展我国特种玉米产业的前景,为进一步将资源优势转变为经济优势提供参考。
As a new type of food,the sweet corn has been developed in many countries around the world. This paper combines with sweet corn food processing technology at home and abroad,related processing equipment and new product development in recent years the development of profiles to explore the prospects of development of China’s special corn industry for the China’s corn further resource advantages into economic advantages to provide a reference.
