独立学院毕业生就业与学校办学方向和人才培养模式改革研究

Study on Employment of College Graduates,Educational Orientation and Talents Training Mode Reform of Independent College

随着高等院校招生规模的扩大,在独立学院依附于母体的传统教育模式下培养的大学生已经无法满足社会需求,致使独立学院毕业生出现了就业难的困境。分析了国内外高等院校人才培养模式和毕业生就业能力提升关系的研究现状,重新定位独立学院办学方向,并改革人才培养模式,在确保人才培养质量和提高大学生的就业竞争力方面起着至关重要的作用。

With the expansion of enrollment in college and the change of the social environment,the students cultivate by the traditional talents educational mode of independent college attached to the parent college can’t meet the social demands,which causes the employment difficulties of independent college graduates. This paper analyzes the research status of the talents training mode and graduate employment ability to improve in colleges at home and abroad. It is important to reposition the educational Orientation of the independent college and reform the talents training mode in to ensure the quality of talent training and improving college students’ employment competitiveness.
