摘要 研讨为满足现行国际标准有关用数字RT(射线检测)取代胶片RT时必须达到的图像质量要求。为实现与胶片RT的等价性,作为数字RT主流的CR(计算机射线照相)和DR(直接数字射线照相),必须注意系统的适当选用及其布置、校正和图像质量的标准化要求。给出了数字RT与胶片RT图像质量的比较示例,并概述了欧美相关标准的主要特点。意在为承压设备推行数字RT技术、满足国际标准相关基本要求提供参考意见。 The requirements of image quality for digital RT (Radiographic testing) in lieu of film RT, conforming to the current international standards, are discussed. To achieve the equivalent sensitivity for detection of imperfections as film RT, proper selection, setup and correction of the detector systems, and the standardized requirements of image quality must be noticed in use of CR (Computed radiography) and DR (Direct digital radiography) as the current essential digital RT technologies. Here are given some examples for comparison between digital RT and iflm RT. The main characteristics of related standards in Europe and US are also outlined. The intention is to provide references for use of digital RT for inspection of pressure equipment in accordance with the basic requirements in international standards.
