施工升降电梯安全监控系统的研究与开发

Research on Construction Elevator Safety Monitoring System

施工升降电梯多应用于建筑行业,超载一直是施工升降电梯一个重要隐患,本设计是基于SOC技术及现代通讯——GPRS而研发的一款集超载限制、记录、报警、显示、楼层呼叫、冲顶保护、高度检测、电梯速度检测及限制、防倾翻、电机保护、远程监控等功能为一体的施工升降电梯安全监控系统。本文介绍了施工升降电梯安全监控系统的设计,设备经实际检验,系统工作可靠,有效的提高了施工升降电梯的安全管控、提高了其管控的效果及电梯运行的效能。

Construction elevator is more and more wildly used in the construction industry, overload is one of the important problems of construction elevator, the design of safety monitoring system is based on SOC technology and modern communication ＂GPRS＂, including overload limiter, recording, alarm, display, calling, top protection, height detection, elevator speed detection and restriction, motor protection, remote monitoring and other functions of the construction elevator. This paper introduces the design of the construction elevator safety monitoring system. It is showed by the actual test that the system is reliable, effective to improve the safety management and efifciency of construction elevator.
