安全阀安全使用存在部分问题分析

Opinion on the Problem of the Relief Valve Safe Use

本文从安全阀型式试验及日常使用监管的角度出发,针对目前我国安全阀安全使用现状提出不同的看法,具体如:安全阀在制造环节的超范围生产问题;安全阀校验条件与现场使用的条件的不同;安全阀的生产、使用监管的部分环节的脱节或缺失,使安全阀产品质量安全隐患凸显。对此,本文根据多年来安全阀的型式试验及使用监管的体会,提出了安全阀推行分类管理、关键设备用安全阀增加检测项目等解决方法,以供广大特种设备从业人员共同讨论!

From the relief valve type testing and daily use of the regulatory point of view, this paper put forward different views on the current situation of the safety valve for safe use. For example, valve in the manufacturing sector over the range of production, the differences in safety valve calibration condition technique and different condition that used, production of safety valve, disjointed or partial absence of the use of the supervision. All of those put the valve product quality and safety problems highlighted. So, based on experience and the use of type testing of the safety valve for many years, this paper put methods of category management of a safety valve and the key equipment that increase safety valve testing program and so on. Purpose is to provide the professionals to discuss.
