摘要 燃气锅炉的燃料——天然气经锅炉燃烧产生的高温烟气换热后,在节能设备中温度逐步下降至80℃以下,能够产生大量烟气凝结水,由于节能设备的材质不同,烟气凝结水受污染的程度也不同,如何回收利用这些优质水资源,让它更好的用于锅炉补给水系统,节能减排;是目前燃气锅炉遇到的重大问题。本文拟通过实验室试验数据和可行性理论探讨及实际应用效果,来论述其原理和方法。 The high temperature lfue gas is generated by the combustion of the fuel-gas in the gas boiler. The certain temperature of lfue gas in energy saving equipment has gradually dropped to below 80℃ after heat exchange, which produces a large number of gas condensate. Due to the different material of energy-saving equipment, and the different polluted level of lfue gas condensation water, it is a major problem in the current gas boiler that how to recycle and use these high quality water resources, make it better used for boiler feed water system for save energy saving and emission reduction. This paper intends to expound the principle and method by laboratory test data, feasibility theoretical discussion and practical application effect.
