摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定盐酸托莫西汀含量的方法。方法采用氰基键合硅胶色谱柱(Eclipse XDB-CN,5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),以磷酸缓冲液-甲醇(46:54)为流动相,等度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长210 nm。结果线性范围为40.032-60.048μg/mL,r=0.9999;回收率为99.63%-100.80%,总体RSD=0.37%(n=9)。结论本方法简单、迅速、可靠,可用于盐酸托莫西汀的检测和质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of atomoxetine hydrochloride.Methods The cyano bonded silica gel column (Eclipse XDB-CN, 5μm, 250 mm×4.6 mm) was used. The isocratic elution was adopted with the mobile phase composed of PBS and methanol (46:54). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detective wavelength was 210 nm.Results The linear range of atomoxetine hydrochloride was 40.032-60.048μg/mL and the regression coefficient was 0.9999. The recovery was 99.63 %-100.80 % withRSD of 0.37 % (n=9). Conclusion The method can be simple, quick and reliable. It can be used for the detection and quality control of atomoxetine hydrochloride.
