在我国从计划经济转向市场经济的过程中,金融银行积累了很多不良资产。债转股措施的提出,可以解决部分问题,但金融资产管理公司在具体运营时仍存在一些法律上的问题。基于此,本文通过对债转股的概述、类型及存在的法律问题进行解读,并给出对金融资产管理公司债转股法律问题进行完善的措施。

In changing from planned economy to market economy,China＇s financial banks have accumulated a lot of bad assets,resulting in debt-ridden state-owned enterprises. Although debt-to-equity swap can solve part of the problem,operation of financial asset management company still faces legal issues. Hence,this paper presents measures to address legal issues in debt-to-equity swap for financial asset management company by interpreting summarization,type,legal issues.
