摘要
教育硕士专业学位是以教育职业为依据,培养的是能够"解决学科教学或教育管理实践中存在的实际问题"的"临场专家型"高层次人才。教育硕士专业学位培养模式改革应当以"实践性"和"应用性"为价值取向,构建理论与实践结合型课程为主的课程体系;加速培养理论与实践结合型导师;组建中小学特级教师、教学名师兼职导师队伍;建立教育硕士培养中小学实践教学基地;支持教育硕士培养模式、课程设置改革研究,才能真正培养出具有"在实践中解决实际问题的能力"的高层次人才。
As a professional degree,master of education is to nurture high-level expert who is on the spot for resolving actual problems in teaching or educational management. Cultivation model reform for master of education should be targeted at practicality,and establish a curriculum system combining theory and practice;accelerate the cultivation of supervised teacher with both theory and practice; assemble a part-time tutor team consisting of special grade teachers in primary and middle schools,and famous teacher; set up practice base in primary and middle schools for master of education. Only through supporting the cultivation model of master of education and curriculum reform research can we truly nurture high-level talent who can resolve problems in practice.
