摘要
采用评估检验法对食醋感官质量进行了评定,结果表明:食醋样品253为一级品,样品163为二级品,样品238为三级品,3种食醋感官评定级别从高到低为253>163>238,适合于确定食醋级别的感官检验。
In this paper, rating test method is adopted for the sensory evaluation of three kinds of vinegar. The results show that sample 253 is level one, sample 163 is level two, and sample 238 is level three. The sensory evaluation of three kinds of vinegar is ranked as 253〉163〉238, which is suitable for determining the sensory evaluation in rank of vinegar.
