摘要
本文主要介绍台湾工程及科技教育认证十多年来走过的历程。台湾从"中华工程教育学会"成立之日起,不断紧跟工程及科技教育发展前沿,不断探索与完善工程认证实践制度,本着有所为,有所不为的理念,在逐步推进台湾工程及科技教育与国际接轨的历史进程之中,积累了丰富的认证经验,使得台湾在国际工程及科技教育界占有了一席之地。学生:认证制度具有公信力,毕业生核心能力明确,增进就业自信心;教师:透过教育认证精神,教学与科研合一,彰显自我教学目标,追求自我持续成长;学校:重视教学国际品质,认证随国际脉动,瞄准人才培育趋势。产业:人才培育与产业连结,缩短学用落差,员工学历受国际认可,优化国际市场布局。
In this paper, the development course of Taiwan Engineering and Science & Technology Education in the past decade is introduced. Since IEET's establishment, Taiwan closely follows the development frontier of engineering and science & technology, and endeavors to improve engineering certification practice system. On the basis of flexible action, Taiwan accumulates rich certification experience in the course of propelling its engineering and science & technology to meet international standards, so as to rank itself in a vital position in international engineering and science & technology circles. For students, certification system with public credibility provides employment confidence based on specific core competence. For teachers, they combine teaching and research through education certification spirits, so as to manifest teaching objectives and pursue sustainable growth. For schools, as they attach great attention to international teaching quality, the certification changes along with the international situation of personnel training trend. For enterprises, they combine personnel training and business and shorten gap between learning and amplification, so employees' education background will be accepted internationally and international market layout will be optimized.
