构建新形势下的高校协同创新体系,探索有效的协同创新模式是国家实施创新驱动发展战略的迫切需要。"2011计划"在推动高校协同创新体制机制改革,提升高校协同创新能力方面取得了实效。本文深入研究了"2011协同创新中心"运行模式、管理创新及成效,构建基于需求导向、高校为核心的协同创新体系模型,分析其运行机制,可为高校协同创新体系构建及协同创新模式探索提供经验启示。

It＇s urgent to build the university collaborative innovation system and explore the effective collaborative innovation mode under the new situation of carrying out Innovation Driven Development Strategy in our country. 2011 Plan has got a lot of actual achievements in promoting the reform of uni versity collaborative innovation mechanism and enhancing the collaborative innovation ability. This paper analyzes the connotation and the characteristics of 2011 Plan, and discusses the mode of operation, management innovation and achievement of 2011 Collaborative Innovation Center. On the basis of research, the paper builds the mode of the demand-oriented collaborative？ innovation system with colleges and universities as the core, and analyzes its operation mechanism. The result of the research can provide experience and inspiration for building the university collaborative innovation system and exploring the collaborative innovation mode.
