摘要
借鉴国际竞争力理论,从结构、规模、机会、保障等角度对全球209个国家和地区1999~2008年职业教育国际竞争力水平进行了度量。结果显示,各国家和地区职业教育国际竞争力水平总体上向较好的方向发展,职业教育国际竞争力与GDP相伴上升的概率较大,职业教育国际竞争力与人均GDP相伴下降的概率较大。
Based on the theory of international competitiveness, we measure competitiveness level of vocational education in 209 countries and regions from 1999 to 2008, from the perspective of structure, scale, opportunity and security. The results show that in general, the level of international competitiveness of vocational education in all countries and regions is developing in a better direction. Theinternational competitiveness of vocational education will be more likely to be improved with the rise of GDP and reduced with the decrease of GDP per capita.
