摘要
不同类型的高校具有不同类型的大学文化。应用型高校大学文化的内核与特质应是人文精神与工匠精神的有机结合与彰显。这两种精神共同规定并构成了应用型高校的大学理念、大学精神与大学文化。工匠精神与科学精神既有相通也有相异之处。人文精神是所有高校大学文化的基础;工匠精神是应用型高校大学文化的特质;"追求完美"是应用型高校大学文化的内在之魂。应用型高校的大学治理文化、师生言行文化和物态环境文化的建设都应贯穿人文精神与工匠精神这一主线。
Different types of universities have different types of culture. The core and characteristic of application-oriented university culture should be the combination and manifestation of the humanism spirit and the artisan spirit, which jointly make up the idea, spirit and culture of application-oriented universities. Artisan spirit and scientific spirit have both similarities and differences. Humanism is the foundation of culture of all universities, craftsmanship is the characteristic of culture of application-oriented universities, while ＂pursuing perfectness＂ is the soul of their culture. The construction of governance culture, the culture of teachers＇ and students＇ words and deeds, material and environmental culture of application-oriented universities should run through the principle line of humanism spirit and artisan spirit.
