摘要
笔者作为"和平方舟"号医院船海上医院医务人员,先后全程参与了"环太-2014"和"环太-2016"军演,曾在美军"仁慈"号医院船驻舰交流,多角度、近距离、高密度地深入观察、了解美军ATLS课程培训的具体做法。该文总结美军在环太军演中医务人员进行ATLS课程培训、演练与考核结合、战伤的设定以及遵循的救治原则、伤员伤情化妆等特点,结合我军卫勤保障工作实际,思考并提出建议。
As medical staff onboard Ark Peace Hospital Ship of PLA （ N） , the author participated in the whole process of both RIMPAC-2014 and RIMPAC-2016 exercises.He embarked on USNS Mercy Hospital Ship as one of the members of the ship-riding delegation in RIMPAC-2014.After close and intensive obsenation of US counterparts′approaches to ATLS course training, the author outlined medical staff ATLS course training, combination of exercise and test , scenario settlement of combat injury as well as its treatment principles and cosmetic features.He also raised proposals for PLA medical logistics services .
