摘要
超顺磁性氧化铁纳米粒(SPION)作为一种新型纳米材料,具有超顺磁性、靶向性和良好的生物相容性。利用SPION的被动靶向和磁靶向的特点,使其在肿瘤部位富集,不仅作为磁共振成像(MRI)的造影剂用于临床肿瘤的早期诊断,还可作为抗肿瘤药物载体,将药物靶向递送到病灶部位,提高生物利用度,减少不良反应。该文综述了SPION在MRI造影和作为药物载体方面应用的研究进展。
As a new nano-material, superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles ( SPIONs) possess the property of superparamagnetism , targeting and biocompatibility .Magnetic targeting and passive targeting enable nanoparticles to gather at the tumor, which is why nanoparticles have been widely used not only in early diagnosis of cancer in magnetic resonance imaging(MRI), but also as carriers for targeted delivery of drug .In this way, bioavailability can be improved and adverse reactions can be reduced .This paper reviews the research progress in SPION application in magnetic resonance imaging and drug delivery.
