地方高校图书馆微博服务调查——以新浪认证微博为例

Survey on Microblog Service in Local University Library: Case Study of Sina Certified Microblog

[目的/意义]旨在促进地方高校图书馆微博服务的发展。[方法/过程]以新浪认证微博为例,从总体情况、管理情况、互动情况和活动举办情况4个方面,对11所同类型地方高校图书馆微博服务情况进行调研,指出其存在管理缺失、影响力不足的问题。[结果/结论]地方高校图书馆应加强微博管理和读者管理,采用强制方法与激励方法相结合、线上线下相结合的方式,加强读者引导,提高宣传力度,以提升微博服务水平。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to promote the development of microblog service in local university. [Method/pro- cess]The paper takes Sina certified microblog for example, investigates 11 local university libraries＇ microblog service from four as- pects of general, management, interaction and activities, and points out the problems of their absent management and poor influence. [Result/conclusion]Local university library should enhance microblog and reader management, adopt integrated form of mandatory with incentive measures, and online with offline, strengthen reader guidance, improve publicity efforts, so as to promote microblog service level.
