摘要
为提升铁路的综合竞争力,引入收益管理理论。在阐述收益管理内涵和基本特征的基础上,分析收益管理在铁路物流的适用性,从定价方式、收费机制2个方面概述铁路物流收益管理应用的实践,提出铁路物流收益管理应用的对策,即建立适应市场规律的定价体系、提高铁路物流市场竞争力,以满足客户需求、提高铁路经济效益,促进铁路的可持续发展。
In order to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the railway industry, the theory of revenue management is introduced. Given the general practice of revenue management and its features, this paper analyzes the applicability of revenue management theory. Then it summarizes the practice of the application of railway logistics revenue management from two aspects - pricing approaches and charging mechanism, and puts forward the suggestions for such application namely establishing a pricing system to adapt to market rules, improving the competitiveness of railway logistics market to meet customer needs, improving railway economic benefits to promote the sustainable development of railways.
