摘要
在现代铁路客运站管理中,需要提前预防和及时应对火灾、列车晚点、行车事故等突发状况,以及在突发情况下发生的恶性事故,避免产生严重的社会影响。在阐述铁路客运站应急设备联动现状的基础上,通过搭建客运站应急管理子系统,对客运组织、票务、设备及列车到发等信息进行深度集成,并提出设备级的突发事件处理和应急联动策略,确保车站应急信息的畅通、应急调度的及时及应急疏散的协调统一。
In the management of modern railway stations, it is necessary to carry out early prevention and in-time response in facing fire, train delays, traffic accidents and other emergencies which easily result in serious social impact. This paper intends to establish a unified station equipment emergency subsystem based on passenger service system by integrating the passenger traffic organization, ticketing system, train arrival and departure system, equipment- level emergency handling and emergency linkage strategy to ensure the access to emergency information, the timely emergency dispatch and coordination of emergency evacuation works.
