二十二烷/膨胀石墨复合相变材料的制备与表征 被引量:4

摘要 基于膨胀石墨(EG)良好的热性能和吸附性,以膨胀石墨为吸附介质,以二十二烷(DE)为相变材料,用熔融共混法制备了二十二烷/膨胀石墨复合相变材料,采用扫描电镜、差示扫描量热仪、综合热分析仪、X射线衍射仪等对其进行性能测试和表征分析。结果表明,膨胀石墨具有网络状微孔结构,通过与二十二烷的物理结合将其封装,使其稳定性提高,同时颗粒粒径较小且均匀性较好,分散性提高;随着膨胀石墨含量的增加,复合相变材料导热系数提高、热稳定性增强;复合相变材料的相变温度较二十二烷略有降低,过冷现象得到改善,并具有较高的相变潜热;综合分析,复合相变材料中膨胀石墨的最佳含量为10%(质量分数)左右。 Based on the good thermal properties and adsorption of expanded graphite,docosane/expanded graphite(EG)composite phase change materials were prepared by melt blending method,expanded graphite as adsorption medium and docosane as phase change materials.Characterization of the composite phase change materials were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy,differential scanning calorimetry,comprehensive thermal analyzer and X-ray diffraction.The results showed,the expanded graphite had network like porous structure and packaged the docosane by physical combination,and the stability was increased.The particle is small and has good uniformity,and the dispersity was enhanced.With the increase of EG content,the thermal conductivity enhanced and the thermal stability increased.The phase transition temperature of composite phase change materials with docosane decreased slightly,the super cooling phenomenon had been improved,and had high latent heat.Therefore the optimum content of EG should be controlled at around 10wt%.
