滑石粉用量对氟橡胶在热酸环境下粘弹行为的影响

摘要 研究了滑石粉的用量对氟橡胶在热盐酸环境下的力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,在100℃,10%的盐酸溶液中浸泡24h后,填充40phr滑石粉的氟橡胶保持了较好的力学性能;在100℃,10%的盐酸溶液进行蠕变和应力松弛的测试1h后,添加40phr的氟橡胶蠕变的变化量最低,应力的松弛量最少;从红外光谱图中发现,氟橡胶主链上的C—H在酸性环境下最终氧化成—COOH;其扫描电镜的形态研究表明,滑石粉40phr为改性氟橡胶的最佳配比。 This article studies the influence of the talcum powder amounts on mechanical properties of FKM in the hot HCl solution.The experimental results showed that the talcum powder can obviously improve the mechanical properties of FKM.At 100 ℃ soaked in 10% Hcl solution for 24 h,FKM filled with 40 phr of talcum powder keep better mechanical properties;In 100 ℃ and 10% Hcl solution for creep and stress relaxation test after 1h,the experiment results showed that adding 40 phr of talcum powder in FKM,minimum creep and stress relaxation can be obtained;FT-IR spectra exhibited that the main chain of C—H of FKM was finally oxidized to—COOH in acidic environment;The morphology of the scanning electron microscopy(SEM)studies have demonstrated that the proportion of talcum powder with 40 phr can be dispersed in the FKM.
