在中小企业中推行工资集体协商制度十分必要。工资集体协商制度有助于保障劳方正当利益,促进劳方收入稳步增长;为企业节约交涉成本,推动其稳步发展;有利于国家经济繁荣,保持社会稳定。
To implement salary collective consultation system in small and medium- sized enterprise will be benefit to protect legitimate interests of workers,promote labor income increased steadily,save bargaining cost for the enterprise to steady development,maintain the continued prosperity of national economy and social stability.
