茶树红紫色芽叶占比可观,相关研究越来越多。本文综述了茶树红紫色芽叶种质资源及产品开发、主要生化成分及提取分析、品质特点及主要保健功效等方面的研究,提出了一些相关建议,以期为茶树红紫色芽叶的研究利用提供一定的理论参考。

Fuchsia tealeaves account for a considerable proportion of all the tealeaves,getting more and more attention. This paper reviews the research of Fuchsia tealeaves germplasm resources and product development,the main biochemical constituents and extraction analysis,quality characteristics and major health benefits,and other aspects,some relevant suggestions are put forward,in order to provide a theoretical reference for the research and utilization of Fuchsia tealeaves.
